Tommy Harr's brother Jake finds a wreck of a house on the outskirts of Columbus and brings Tommy in to partner on the deal; but on the first walkthrough, they discover major warning signs; the house is a disjointed mess, with a failed garage conversion, a broken layout, and a well system that might need to be replaced; they'll have to overcome an infestation of dangerous insects, and worst of all, a mind-boggling mess of mold and waste that rots in the basement.
